Maintenance Coordinator

The pat worked perfectly, the support from the sales team was amazing.Although the delivery was terrible (not on Friday parts side, but FEDEX). We have paid for an express delivery and they declared they tried to deliver and no one was in the building at the time of the delivery, which was false. We had someone literally waiting for the delivery due to the necessity. In the end, we had to go and pick the part at FEDEX warehouse. This kind of delivery in unacceptable and I wish I could neve use FEDEX again.Aside that Friday parts has an exceptional service, pre and after purchase.
