Shipping Guide

1. Order Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once you place the order on our website and make payment for it, you would receive an order confirmation email immediately.
  • Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you with tracking number. Please allow additional 3-7 days for delivery.
  • Eligible free shipping items: Items that show 'Free Shipping' after choosing the 'Country' on the product detail page are eligible for our free-shipping policy.

Note: If you don’t receive any emails, please contact us. Please confirm your email address left for order is right. You can also visit 'My Account' to view the state of the order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Handling Time:
    Orders usually ship within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. You can check the product page for the estimated delivery time.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    ○ Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS) : 3–8 business days.
    ○ Standard Shipping (YunExpress, Aramex): 6–11 business days.
    (Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local customs procedures.)
  • Shipping Address Requirements:
    To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address,
    including a valid phone number so the carrier can contact you if necessary.

3. Freight (Shipping Charges)
The freight is calcualted by weight and country. Different products and address will of different freight. You can check at the cart page.

4. Taxes
Import duties, tax and charges are not included in the price listed or freight. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
